Consultation: We are happy to offer a complimentary consultation with a 3D XRay of your mouth. This XRay will be reviewed with you by your implant coordinator as well as the doctors. This is the foundation of building your treatment plan. We will present your options and their costs to you. Based upon your needs, we will develop a plan for treatment and schedule your next steps to help you achieve your new smile!
Records Appointment: This appointment is to do all the important planning for your procedure. Impressions, 3-D scan with guide, bite registration, photos, tooth shade and shape, and dental exam. You will be given a medical clearance or request for lab work and EKG.
Health and Physical (H&P) Appointment: During this appointment we will review your medical clearance from your physician, have you speak with the anesthesiologist and go over your definitive course of treatment. You will also review & sign your consents and answer any questions you may have about the procedure. We will provide you with all of your pre and post-op instructions. Your surgery will be booked approximately 2-4 weeks from this appt.
Day of Surgery: If receiving General Anesthesia- No eating 8 hrs before your procedure, including water. For your safety doctors require all patients to have a licensed driver post surgery. We also recommend that you have someone with you the first night.
Follow up appointments: Following your procedure we will be following your case closely with a series of appointments to make sure that your implants are integrating well and are giving you the best result!
